It is connected with the so –called Kopetdag line of thermal springs located at the Northern foothills of Kopet-Dag along the tectonic fault line. Significant mineralization and a constant high temperature of 33-37 degrees Celsius indicate that the waters of the Baharden underground lake rise from a great depth, from about 600-650 meters. The cave is estimated to be several millennia old. In the afternoon you will have a lunch and we will keep travelling to Nokhur.
