1 - Central Asia is famous for the availability of the various and delicate yogurt products. Katyk or yogurt with sour milk, and suzma - melted curds resembling cottage cheese are the best known. They are individually, usually added to salads or soups and main courses, and this is the unique and fascinating aroma.

Palov (Pilaf Uzbek version) is the leading Court of Uzbek cuisine. It consists mainly of fried meet, onions, carrots and rice with addition of raisins, barberries, yellow peas (nohat) and (or) fruit. Uzbeks are proud of their mastery to make the unique and wonderful Palov. Oshpaz by chef often cooks Palov the fireplace in a separate Kazan (boiler).
